Who processes your data

What data we collect
Only the data you send us through the website forms: name, company, email, phone and your message. For job applications, also your CV and the information it contains.
Client area
For client area accounts we keep the name, the email and the support requests sent. To protect the accounts, we record every sign-in and sign-in attempt: date and time, IP address and browser. Only the platform administrator at TFD sees this record, and it is deleted after 180 days. Shipment data comes from TFD's transport system and stays in the client area for up to 60 days after its last update. The client area uses only a session cookie, which is needed to keep you signed in.
What we use it for
To answer information and quote requests, and to assess job applications. We process the data based on your request and the consent you give when sending the form.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to answer and follow them up. Applications are kept while the recruitment process is running or until you withdraw your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data. Only the providers that host TFD's website and email have technical access to it, on TFD's behalf.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to info@tfd.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so it shows no cookie banner.
